Service Description
The sea isn't just a backdrop: it's a living, dynamic element. With "Get Fit in the Water," the water becomes your training ground, your tool, your challenge. This experience combines swimming (full or full-body) and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) in a single, structured, personalized session. Two complementary disciplines that alternate and complement each other, creating a complete, fluid workout deeply connected to the environment. Swimming develops cardiovascular endurance, respiratory capacity, and adaptation to the element. SUP introduces a crucial component of balance, motor control, and deep stabilization. Each session is designed after a brief introductory call, based on: - Swimming ability and familiarity with the sea - Previous SUP experience - Personal goals - Desired intensity - Duration of the activity The activity allows you to develop: - Endurance (continuous or interval swimming) - Endurance strength (paddling and traction in the water) - Core stability (continuous stabilization on unstable surfaces) - Dynamic and proprioceptive balance - Coordination - Shoulder mobility and scapular control - Breathing capacity and rhythm management An often overlooked aspect is neuromuscular work: the sea, with its constant movement, stimulates adaptation, reactivity, and continuous micro-adjustments, making the workout extremely complete even without external loads. The session can alternate blocks of swimming and SUP or focus more on one of the two disciplines, always maintaining a focus on progression and safety. What's included: - Instructor - Personalized session - Technical supervision in the water What's not included: - Transfer (upon request, at an additional cost) - Any additional equipment rental What to bring: - Swimsuit - Water - Sunscreen - Goggles (if you have your own) - Fins (if necessary) Activities are held upon request and are designed for a maximum of 2 people to ensure safety, technical quality, and individual attention. For larger groups, an additional fee may apply, based on the logistical support needed to maintain the high standard of the experience. The cost varies based on the duration of the session and the organization.
